This is an easy main dish. You'll need a large round pizza stone to bake it on.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a bowl, combine turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, celery, cranberries, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt.
Open crescent roll packages and shape for a ring. Scoop filling evenly into ring and the pull crescent over to finish ring.
Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
