Rinse turkey
Sprinkle salt in cavity
Add stuffing mixture
Rub entire bird with butter
Sprinkle on all seasonings
Add splash of water in bottom of pan
Roast for 30 minutes
Then turn temp down to 325
Cook about 4 hours (13# bird w stuffing)
Want 180 in thigh and 165 in breast & stuffing
Remove bird from roaster & tent with foil 20 minutes
