For sauce stir together soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and red pepper. Set aside
Put oil in pan stir fry garlic in oil for 15 sec. Add bell pepper and onions stir fry for 2 to 3 min.
Remove veggies and set aside. Add turkey and stir fry until done. Push turkey from the center of the pan.
Stir sauce and then add to the center of pan, cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Add veggies to pan and coat turkey and veggies in sauce
by stirring.
Spoon into tortillas and add your topping.
