Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl we mix basil, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, salt, pepper and flour. We marinate briefly the turkey breasts in the mix.
We put on a big frying pan the olive oil, the onion and the turkey breasts and fry them for two minutes. We then flip sides and put the lime juice, wine, mustard, tabasco and capers. We fry for another 2-3'. We remove the turkey breasts and keep them warm. We boil the sauce to make it thicker (1-2'). We cover the turkey breasts with the sauce and we top with fresh parsley.
