Cook the turkey, onions, ginger, and salt together until lightly browned.
Then deglaze the pan with the chicken broth, and add the cabbage. Stir and cook, cover with a lid for a couple of minutes.
Then add the cauliflower, stir and cook for another couple of minutes.
Finally, push everything to the side and add the beaten eggs, cook until done and mix together.
Add soy sauce or more salt as desired.
