Use your Thanksgiving leftovers for a great oriental fried rice.
Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook bacon in large, deep skillet over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
Mix the onion, celery, carrot, peas, mushrooms, almonds, raisins and apple into the skillet. Slowly cook and stir over medium heat until tender.
Crumble bacon and return to the skillet.
Mix in the turkey, chicken soup base, soy sauce, parsley and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
Stir in the rice and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
