Goes with Christmas turkey.
Take neck/heart out of turkey. Put in pot with water. Feed liver to the dog. Add onion salt, and pepper. Simmer all day. This isturkey the broth. When the turkey is nearly done, take the fat drippings (enough to cover the bottom of a frying pan), add the flour to HOT oil. Let bubble and then add broth. Simmer until thickened.
