Good company barbecue fare!
Heat grill. Soak bamboo skewers in water at least 30 minutes. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix gently. Shape 1/4 cup mixture into 4 inch link; insert skewer. Repeat with remaining turkey mixture and skewers.
When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack. Place links on gas grill over medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 9 to 13 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Serve the links on the skewers or remove the skewers and serve links on hot dog buns, if desired.
