Turkey loaf that is not dense
Preheat the oven to 325
Coat the loaf pan with Pam
In a large bowl mix
- Turkey
- Bread Crumbs
- Tofu
- Bell Pepper
- Sun Dried tomatoes
- Feta Cheese
- Red Onion
Once all the ingredients have been mixed put into the center of the loaf pan and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl mix
- Brown Sugar
- Catchup
- Worcestershire Sauce
When the timer rings, add the Brown sugar mixture to the top of the loaf and put back in the oven for 15 minutes.
