Suggest a better descriptionCook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain. Mix the macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce.
