In a large bowl, combine red wine, garlic and chia seed.
Set aside and allow chia seed to swell for 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Scoop or roll into 1 oz. meatballs and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until 165°.
Let chia swell for 15 minutes.
