Paleo version of classic dish.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Sauté onions, red pepper and all spices with coconut oil over medium heat until onions become translucent. Remove from heat and stir in tomato paste, stock and Worcestershire sauce.
In a large bowl, crack eggs over turkey and fold in the onion mix once it has cooled.
Form the meat mixture into whatever shape suits your fancy, but the traditional loaf will cook evenly. Place on a sheet pan or casserole dish, no greasing required.
Pour ketchup over top and bake for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F (70 degrees F).
Use ground beef, bison, venison or any combination. You can also replace ketchup with BBQ sauce.
