Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder. Toss with cooked turkey. Season w/ salt and pepper.
Make layer of tortilla chips to cover 9x13 pan. Spoon can of beans over cips. top w/ turkey and sprinkle w/ 1 cup cheese.
Add another layer of chips. Spoon half of salsa on chips and top with remaining cheese.
Bake till heated thru and cheese bubbles, 15-20 minutes. Serve with remaining salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
