sliced turkey with spaghetti noodles, carrots, celery
heat large saucepan over med hi heat. Coat pan with 1 tbsp. veg oil. Add carrots, onion; saute 5 min or til onion is lightly browned. Add celery, s&p; sauce 3 min. Add broth, peas s&p, soy sauce & bay leaves; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Add turkey; cook 3 min. Discard bay leaves. Serve.
For the broth, I heated water with leftover celery leaves, 6 peppercorns, s&p and cooked it for 30 minutes. Then strained and added turkey stockto the liquid.
