Suggest a better descriptionBlend the butter with the Chives, Garlic Granules and lemon juice. Using a sharp knife, cut each turkey fillet in half widthways and then slice through horizontally to make 8 pieces. Pound with a rolling pin to form thin escalopes. Cut the ham into 8 pieces, the same size as the escalopes. Place on top of the escalopes and spread with the garlic butter. Roll up tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the butter is very firm. Coat each turkey roll in beaten egg and toss in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Coat again with the beaten egg and breadcrumbs so that the turkey is thoroughly covered. Deep fry in hot oil for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden and cooked throughout. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and serve hot with sauted potatoes and fresh vegetables or salad.
