Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13" pan baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms and salute until tender, about 5 min. Using a slotted spoon, remove the vegetables to a plate. Add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter to the saucepan and whisk in the flour. Gradually add the broth, milk, wine, salt, pepper, and cheese. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about 2 min.
Return the vegetables to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
In the baking dish, toss together the sauce with the turkey and cooked pasta. Cover and bake about 25 min. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese and continue baking another 10 to 15 minutes or until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbly.
