Cook onion celery and mushrooms in chicken broth until tender, adding more broth if necessary. Add the soup and mild and stir until smooth and the ocnsistencey of a thick stew
Add the potaot carrots turkey and peas ( I usually leave out the peas) Reduce the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes
Pour or sppon mixture into a pie shell and cover with a second crust folding the edge of the toop crsust under the first and fluting the edge
Cut several slits in the top crust and bke at 400 degrees for 40 unutes or until the crust is golder brown
Pies can be frozen for later use to bake, place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or lighting browned
