Suggest a better description1) Mix all ingredients
2) Make individual patties. I typically make a thinner wider/longer patty vs a smaller and thicker patty as they fit better on breakfast sandwiches.
3) Heat skillet on medium to medium high (medium for thicker patties - so you don't burn the outside of the patty since it takes longer to cook)
4) Cook on each side for 4-5 minutes.

- also consider removing egg (no need for egg and zucchini)
