Suggest a better description1) Preheat the oven to 425ºf.
2) Heat oil over medium heat in a large oven-safe skillet. Add the onion and a pinch of salt and cook until soft, 5-7 minutes.
3) Add garlic and cook for another minute
4) Add the spinach in batches, stirring, until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
5) In a large bowl, combine the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, oregano, paprika, parsley, turkey, and the slightly cooled spinach/garlic/onion mixture and use your hands to mix to combine.
6) Heat a thin layer of oil over medium high heat.
7) Form the balls and brown them on all sides. Be careful not to crowd the pan.
8) Once all meatballs are browned, return them to the skillet and stick the skillet in the oven for 7-10 minutes, until they’re cooked through and have an internal temperature of 160ºf
