Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2) Cut open squash and scoop out seeds. Place squash cut side up on a large baking sheet. Brush with 1 tbsp of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
3) Stuff squash with filling, making a mounded shape on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
