We like our bread stuffing simple! My Mom has perfected this! So easy.
Melt Butter in a saute pan
Add chopped celery and onions and saute until softened, not browned
Mix sage and pepper with the croutons/bread cubes
Add butter/celery mixture and turkey broth, mixing all together
Stuff turkey with what is needed to fill cavity
Bake the remainder in a buttered 9x13 pan at 350, covered for 30 min and then uncover 10 to15 min to brown top
Do not add salt - Herb Seasoned stuffing mix is already salted!
