Excellent turkey entree.
Cook spaghetti following package directions; drain well. In a 4 cup glass measure, heat butter 30 seconds. Blend in flour, salt, and nutmeg. Stir broth and milk into flour mixture. Cook until mixture boils; 6-8 minutes. Blend sherry and cheese into sauce and add sauce to cooked spaghetti, turkey, green pepper, mushrooms and egg yolk. Sprinkle almonds. Cook in oven at 350 deg F for 25-33 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
