Start water to boil for spaghetti . Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook till al dente.
While spaghetti is cooking, prepare sauce. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk in flour and bring to boil. Slowly whisk in water until smooth. Add milk, garlic powder, onion powder and Creole seasoning. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese and Colby Jack cheese. Mix until smooth
Add mushrooms and turkey. Cook until warmed through.
Drain spaghetti and add sauce, mixing well. Pour into 9 X 12 baking dish greased with butter. Spread out an d sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Lightly sprinkle with Paprika to add color.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until bubbly and warmed through.
