Preheat oven to 350
Cook onion in butter. Stir in flour.
Stir in milk, then bouillon, salt, pepper.
Bring to boil and thickened slightly.
Stir in cheese.
Add chicken or turkey.
Put pasta in a 12 x 8 baking dish.
Pour sauce over and mix well.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes
Can be topped with buttered bread crumbs before baking
