Suggest a better descriptionPlace Turkey neck, and giblets in a pot of water. Saute onions, celery, and 1/4 tsp if rosemary in a Tablespoon of butter. Add sauteed mixture to the giblets in pot and simmer, adding more water when the level gets low, save for gravy.
Mix rosemary and 2 Tablespoons butter, rub over entire Turkey. Foil wrap the wings sends place breast side down on rack and place in bar b que. Save drippings for gravy.
