Suggest a better description1. Work the all the dry ingredients into the honey until it forms a paste. You can keep this on hand, in a mason jar so you can grab a spoonful when you feel like having a cup. Store jar in refrigerator.
2. For each cup of tea, place a heaping teaspoon of the turmeric paste in the bottom of a cup. Use more or less, depending on your preferred strength. Pour hot into the mug, and stir well to dissolve the turmeric paste. Add a squeeze of juice from a lemon to taste. Enjoy! Keep your spoon in the cup so you can stir periodically as it tends to settle. You can also add a spoonful to a cup of warm milk.
