Reserve 24 pecan halves; chop remaining pecans. Prepare and bake brownies in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package, stirring chopped pecans into batter before pouring into pan. Cool completely.
Beat milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip; spread over brownies. Top with pecan halves.
Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until melted when stirred. Drizzle over brownies.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
