2 Add the vegetables, salt, bay leaves, and dried herbs and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the stock and beans, bring to a simmer, then season to taste.
5. Remove the bay leaves and add the basil and parsley.
