Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl beat the softened butter and sugar until nice and fluffy.
Add eggs one by one and beat after each addition.
Add the vanilla essence.
Now add the flour and mix gently until well combined. Take care not to overmix.
Now fold in the tutti frutti rolled in flour and mix.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease and flour a baking tin. Pour the batter and bake for 50 or minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Keep to cool and slice after fully cool.
