Family favorite for dinner tonight: Shake and Bake bone in chicken thighs, which I pulled out of the chest freezer this morning. I am using a boxed breading mix, as I had a large value cpn, otherwise, I just use the Tightwad Gazette version. Here's the recipe:
Mix well and store indefinately in refrigerator, in a covered container.
