Halve baked potatoes lengthwise. Scoop pulp our of each potato half. Combine pulp, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into potato shells. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted.
