Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray. 2.In medium bowl, combine wheat germ, 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine with fork until mixture is crumbly; set aside. 3.In large bowl, combine fruit and remaining 4 teaspoons flour, tossing to coat evenly. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with reserved wheat germ mixture. 4.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fruit is tender.
