Butter Flavor Crisco cookies
1. Heat oven to 375 F. Place sheets of wax paper on countertop for cooling cookies
2. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, sugar, milk, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
3. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture with wooden spoon (or with electric mixer on low) until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans or walnuts.
4. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375o F for 12 – 14 minutes. Cool for 1 – 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to wax paper to cool completely.
