Preheat oven to 350
Stack the tortillas on top of one another and cut into 6 wedges each.
Lightly coat pan with pam.
Lay each tortilla wedge in a single layer on pan.
Now lightly spray pam or cooking spray across all 36 pieces. Next spread stevia/truvia amongst the tortilla chips. Dust the cinnamon evenly amongst the 36 pieces. (Optional) Dust tortilla wedges with McCormick apple pie spice.
Place wedges into oven for about 15 mins
Flip pieces and cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes until crispy.
Everyone's oven is different so take a quick peak at your tortilla chips after 10 mins. If they are crispy then go ahead and flip them and continue to bake for 2 to 3 minutes.
If they are not crispy enough after 15 mins
add an additional 2 to 3 minutes and then flip them and continue to bake 2 to 3 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy!
