Combine the bread crumbs into a gallon bag.
Place cubes into bag, shake vigorously to thoroughly coat the cubes.
Lightly brown breaded chicken in canola oil and set aside.
In a crockpot mix the soup together turn onto low heat. Add lightly browned meat and cover.
Cook for 3+ hours.
Wild Rice
Boil rice with cover on for 20-30 minutes.
Place meat and gravy on top of rice.
