stuffed bell peppers
Cook rice according to package directions, omitting any salt and/or butter. In skillet, brown ground beef with onion and chopped bell pepper, adding salt and pepper.
When rice is done, add beef mixture and spaghetti sauce and mix well.
Line botom of 2.5 quart casserole dish with bell pepper strips. Pour rice mixture on top. Lay cheese over the top
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min, long enough for cheese to bubble and begin to brown.
