Unstuffed Bell Peppers
Cook rice according to package directions, omitting any salt and/or butter. In skillet, brown ground turkey with onion and chopped bell peppers, adding salt and pepper.
When rice is done, add turkey and spaghetti sauce and mix well. Line bottom of 2.5 quart casserole dish with bell pepper strips. Pour rice mixture on top. Lay cheese over the top
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, long enough for the cheese to bubble and to being to brown.
