Mix together warm water, yeast, and sugar and let set for a few minutes.
Add water, oil, salt and flour. (use more flour if needed.)
Mix well and knead 5 minutes. Let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Pat dough into greased pan. Mix sauce and spread over top.
Sauce: Mix tomato sauce, rosemary, oregano, tomato paste and garlic.
Top pizza with mozzarrella and pizza toppings of your choice.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 450-degrees.
