110g softened butter (1 stick), 40g oil (3Tbsp), 270g flour (1 and 3/4 cups), 3/4 sugar, 1tsp vanilla, 3eggs, 3tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup full fat yogurt (120g), 1/4 cup liquid milk (60g), 1/2 tsp salt.
Method:
1. Mix butter, sugar and eggs together.
2. Add in liquid ingredients
3. Sieve in flour. No worry abt over mixing.
4. Bake at 180 deg for 25min.
5. Let cool in pan before removing.
