Suggest a better descriptionMix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Add sugar. Mix well. Add softened butter to the dry ingredients. Beat until it looks like sand with no big chunks. Stir together the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour into the sandy mixture along with water. Mix well. Beat on medium speed for 1 1/2 .minutes. Pour into prepared 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
