Preheat oven to 300 degrees and spray baking sheet
Break eggs and beat w/whisk. Add vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and salt until well bleneded.
Add nuts and stir until they are coated (let set for 5 minutes).
Transfer nuts to baking sheet and lay them flat.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip nuts and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Use almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, walnuts.
