Suggest a better descriptionBeat butter & cream cheewse at medium speed til creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low til blended. Slowly beat in milk & vanilla. Increase speed to medium, and beat til smooth.
Chocolate: Prepare vanilla as directed above. Microwave 6 oz dark chocolate morsels at 50% powder for 1 1/2 to 2 min, or til melted & smooth, stirring at 30 second intervals. Gradually add melted chocolate to vanilla buttercream; beat til blended & smooth.
Coconut: Prepare vanilla buttercream as abov e, substituting cream of coconut for milk.
