Cupcakes from the Primrose Bakery
Preheat the oven to 160C fan.
Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, with a spoon full of flour and beat until well combined.
Combine the two flours in a separate bowl and put the milk in a jug, with the vanilla extract.
Add one third of the flour and beat well, then add one third of the milk and beat again. Continue to alternate until all of the flour and milk is mixed in/
Carefully spoon the mixture into cases or tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once golden, raised and when a skewer comes out clean, remove from the oven, take them out of the tins and allow to cool.
