Heat milk in med pan, with paste allow to come to boil, in sep bowl beat egg yolks, with sugar in another bowl mix cornflour with 2 tbsp water to a paste. Pour the hot milk over egg mixture whisking pour the mixture back onto pan stir in cornflour, cook stirring over low heat. Serve.
