Finally an ice cream that can heal you, your gut, your hormones, and satisfy every craving
Blend all ingredients in blender on low for 1 min, then med for 1 min, then high for about 3-4 mins, then pour into plastic dish and cover, freeze for 8 hours. Serve when ice cream has been thawed for about 10 mins on the counter.
Other flavors I made were:
Chocolate- add about 2/3c raw cacao or organic cocoa, taste to make sure it is chocolatey enough for you:)
Green Tea- add 1/2 cup matcha powder(found at a health food store)
For any ice cream think about adding 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup of whatever you want to change the flavor such as 1/2cup chamomile flowers and a few drops of lavender essential oil, or try different spices like say a half cup black tea leaves with spices to create a chai latte flavor, it's so much fun to try:)
