Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 175, just to keep warm. Heat oil in a skillet with high sides to 375.
In a shallow dish beat eggs and season with salt & pepper. Pour flour into another dish, in a third dish place the bread crumbs. Have a fourth plate ready lined with paper towels.
Season the veal with salt & pepper, dip it in flour, then the egg mix, then lastly in the bread crumbs. Cook veal in the oil two slices at a time to not over crowed the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove from oil and place on the forth plate in the oven to keep warm until your ready to serve.
