spray a hot pan, season the rump with salt and ms dash then sear the rump.
After searing all sides, wrap with orange peel, and whole basil leaves. Then place tightly into a foil pouch.
Roast in side of a closed pot for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. check doneness with a thermometer for 145 degrees inside. if not soft enough, cook for another 30 mins being sure to re-spray and re-wrap with care to not allow too much liquid to escape from the pouch.

chop romaine
cut cantaloup in to cubes.
serve with toast
