Boil potatoes and right at end add peas to heat through.
Drain and mash with salt and pepper, milk and garlic
Cook veal steaks in very hot pan
Cover in foil to keep it warm
in same pan add stock, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt pepper in pan
Cook for 5 min until sauce thickens
Divide mash between plates and top with steak - serve with salad
