Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil and add spices, stir until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and serranos and cook, stirring occasionally until onion is translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the stock, scraping up any brown buts on the bottom. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the peanut butter, and mix until combined, Then add sweet potato and kale...simmer until potato is cooked through. Serve garnished with peanuts and cilantro
