Soak cashews overnight or at least 3 hours. Drain cashews and pour into blender. Blend with almond milk until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend until all ingredients are incorporated and sauce is smooth.
Makes enough sauce for a 13-14 oz box of pasta.
